Funds advised by Magnesium Capital and Morgan Stanley Investment Management complete the acquisition of Denmark-based SCADA International

The acquisition of SCADA International by funds advised by Magnesium Capital LLP ("Magnesium") and Morgan Stanley Investment Management, announced on April 7, 2022, was completed on January 5, 2023, following regulatory approval of the transaction. The SCADA International management team is retaining a significant minority position alongside Magnesium and Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Executive Capital, which has been a shareholder since 2010, has fully exited.
