BayWa r.e. secures the future of their wind parks in the US with the newest OneView® solution from SCADA International

BayWa r.e. Wind LLC, a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. Renewable Energy GmbH,  develops, builds, owns, operates, and sells wind parks across the US. They need a flexible solution that can easily be integrated with the new wind parks and disconnected again without disrupting the operation of both the park and the SCADA overlay solution.  

BayWa r.e. Wind LLC has for the past 5 years used the OneView^® SCADA solution from SCADA International to manage their fleet of wind parks in the US, which is comprised of turbines from various manufacturers and with different turbine types. The OneView^® solution functions both as online monitoring and a reporting tool. The system currently manages 405 MW distributed on 177 wind turbines in 6 wind power plants and 8 wind turbine types. 

New projects are added on an ongoing basis  

BayWa r.e. Wind LLC upgraded their system to the latest generation of OneView® while adding their newest project Amadeus, located in Texas, to the portfolio – and several planned projects are on their way.
