ACP Statement on New York Announcing 25 New Clean Energy Projects

The awards include developer commitments to support disadvantaged communities that will pave the way for a cleaner future by significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions and transitioning away from a dependence on fossil fuels. Despite recent moves to limit renewables in the state, today’s announcement shows that New York can enhance its renewable energy capacity and continue leading in the fight against climate change.
