Update on damage to HKZ Beta platform jacket caused by collision with a cargo ship

On Monday 31 January, due to storm Corrie a cargo ship was cast adrift in the area where TenneT is building two transformer platforms (Hollandse Kust Zuid Alpha and Beta) for the offshore grid connection of the wind farm Hollandse Kust Zuid, that is being built by Vattenfall.
The adrift cargo ship collided with the Beta jacket (the foundation of the platform). No people were working there at the time.
