Wind Energia Sp. z.o.o. has placed an order with the Nordex Group for the supply and installation of 16 N117/3000 turbines for the 48 MW “Nozdrzec” wind farm.
The Nordex Group has received an order for 81.6 MW from the Landwind Group.

Wind turbine for medium and low-wind locations based on the proven Delta4000
In July, the Nordex Group made a successful start to the third quarter of 2022 with ten new orders amounting to a total 102 MW in the German market. The Group will supply 19 turbines for various customers, including projects in Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The Nordex Group recorded high demand in the second quarter. Including a project from the USA of around 200 MW, total capacity amounted to 1,836 MW (Q2 2021: 1,534 MW).
The Nordex Group wins orders in Colombia: Celsia Colombia S.A., an electricity producer and distributor, has ordered 63 N155 turbines with a total of 369 MW for three projects. The orders also include a Premium Service contract for maintenance of the turbines for a period of five years with an option to extend by a further five years.
Today, 18th of May 2022, the Nordex Group has installed the world’s first N163/6.X turbine in the Delta4000 series. As recently as September 2021 the company announced the launch of the N163/6.X and thus its entry into the 6-MW class. The premiered turbine is now being installed as part of the installation work in the Zeebiestocht and Olsterwind wind farms in the province of Flevoland in the Netherlands, where a total of 15 turbines in this latest version are being installed.
End of March, the Finnish renewable energy investment and asset management platform Low Carbon placed an order with the Nordex Group for 29.5 MW in Finland. The order also includes a Premium Service contract for thirty years.
The Nordex Group recorded high demand in the fourth quarter of 2021 in line with expectations. Including another project in the United States in December for more than 180 MW, the Nordex Group achieved an order intake of 7.95 gigawatts (GW) in the year (2020: 6.02 GW).

The Nordex Group has obtained the Equipment Certificate (UGE) required in Spain for connection to the grid for the N149/4.0-4.5 turbine as well as the Component Certificate (CAMGE) for its own Wind Farm Controller (CWE).
The Nordex Group is adding the N163/6.X turbine to its product portfolio. The Group is following up its successful approach started with the introduction of the Delta4000 series, presented for the first time in 2017, of a flexible power range – initially with the 4 MW+ class, followed by the 5 MW+ class – and now with the 6 MW+ class.
Nordex Group receives orders for 55 MW from Italy

The Nordex Group has closed the second quarter of 2021 with an order intake of 1,534.1 MW (Q2 2020: 888 MW). The intake of firm orders in the Projects segment (excluding the service business) reached a volume of 2,781.6 MW in the first half of 2021 (H1 2020: 2,531.9 MW).
The Nordex Group has received an order for 399 MW from Brazil. The Group will supply 70 N163/5.X turbines for a wind farm located in Brazil’s north-east state of Piaui. The contract also includes the service of the turbines over a period of five years.
The Nordex Group is further enlarging its footprint in Turkey: end of March, the Caba Grup ordered 39 N133/4800 turbines form the Delta4000 series for the second construction phase of the “Istanbul” wind farm. The order also includes a Premium Service contract for the turbines covering a period of 15 years.
The Nordex Group has again received an order from its regular customer Enel Green Power, a subsidiary of Enel S.p.A., comprising seven N133 turbines for a wind farm in Italy.
The goal of the project, which has received more than six million euros from the “Science and Innovation Missions” programme, is to design and carry out the experimental validation of the first offshore green hydrogen plant based on floating wind and photovoltaic technology.

The Nordex Group has received another order for AW132/3465 turbines from Brazil. The manufacturer will supply 17 turbines for its regular customer Voltalia Brasil, for its 58.8 MW Ventos Serra do Mel 4 (VSM4) wind farm. The order also includes a service agreement for service and maintenance of the turbines for a period of 15 years.

The Nordex Group has again received an order from Nordic developer OX2. The Nordex Group will supply 12 N149/4.0-4.5 turbines for the 48 MW Ljungbyholm wind farm. The order also includes a premium service of the turbines with a term of 30 years.
Milestone towards increasing production capacity for the global market
In November, the Nordex Group received orders totalling 128 MW from seven customers from Ireland, Germany, France and Sweden. Construction of the projects will start in 2020 and 2021.
