Wave Energy
Wave Energy is a form of energy production using a wave power plant, a form of the hydroelectric power plant.
The energy of the ocean waves is used to generate electricity.
This form of alternative energy generation is still relatively new on the market and can not yet be used commercially. There are currently only prototypes for wave power plants, which are tested at different locations in the world, among others in Scotland.
