In the middle of the Baltic Sea, around 40 km from Rügen, in a large offshore wind park – this is the location of the FINO2 research platform. Since 2013 Dörken has been using the opportunity to expose coated components to the aggressive maritime climate here - and test them for their corrosion resistance.
