Windfair: Is the Wind Energy Industry a priority for your company? How so?

Thorsten Darley: We are considered as being a leading supplier of blade service & repairs. The Wind Energy Industry is therefore the basis of our company.


Windfair: How many employees does your company have?

Thorsten Darley: We currently employ 150 employees.


Windfair: How many dedicated to Wind Energy?

Thorsten Darley: All employees are devoted to this field of service. Especially rotorblades.


Windfair: Do you have any new or upcoming Wind Energy Products or Services?

Thorsten Darley: Innovation is a dynamic process. We are therefore continuously busy improving the workflow and optimizing the methods of repair, to the benefit of the customers.


Windfair: Do you have any special training programs for your employees?

Thorsten Darley: The special and regular training & qualification of our employees is the heart of the quality standard we stand for. We see this training as the foundation of our company. It is a substantial part of the corporate responsibility we have towards our customers and a social responsibility we have towards the employees.


Windfair: Tell us about your future developments. What can we expect in the next year or two?

Thorsten Darley: With a clear focus on the core competence of blade service & repairs, we also in future want to give the customer a maximum of benefit. We want to strengthen these strengths and with this approach, see us equipped to be able to adapt our services to the changing demands of our customers.
