When it comes to wind energy, Australia is a country of unlimited opportunites. The fifth continent commited itself to increase the production of renewable energies under the regulations of the Kyoto Protocol. Starting from the year 2010, at least 9,500 gigawatthours shall be produced by wind-powered devices – in a country, which so far posesses neither the technical nor the structural basis necessary for this effort.
