Construction start for Canadian Lanfine Wind Project

Pattern Energy has started construction of its 150 MW Lanfine Wind power project in Alberta, Canada which will provide enough green energy to power approximately 25,000 homes in Alberta annually.

35 Vestas V150-4.2 MW turbines will be delivered in 4.3 MW operating mode. The Lanfine Wind farm will be located to the south and west of Oyen, Alberta in Special Area 3 and is expected to enter full commercial operation by the end of 2022.
