PRO-WEA Wind Sensor Line · Ultra robust and storm resistant

The design is aerodynamically optimised, the housing and measuring elements are made of seawater-resistant aluminium. The integrated, regulated heating and the optionally available special cables with particularly high UV resistance are further advantages. PRO-WEA sensors are robust and ideally suited for untiring year-round use in most climatic zones.

The PRO-WEA/RF version offers high vibration resistance due to reinforced measuring elements and an even stronger axis. The Modbus RTU interface of the PRO-MODBUS version enables a simplified integration of the wind sensors into your system.

In addition to Modbus RTU, versions with 4...20 mA, 0...10 V or frequency outputs (for wind speed only) are also available. All versions have a wide measuring range and low starting values with a very high resolution of the measured values in common.

The sensors can be found wherever professional meteorological or industrial applications are concerned. They are particularly suitable for monitoring wind turbines, in building automation and on photovoltaic systems. Both output signals and the measuring ranges can be customized in OEM versions.
