SmartSignal Announces Summit 2010: Avoid Surprises Experts to Discuss Latest Innovations in Predictive Diagnostics.
Lisle, Ill. (May 11, 2010) SmartSignal® Corporation today announced Summit 2010, to be held at the Fairmont Hotel, Chicago, September 7-9, 2010. Featured speakers include Terrence O’Hanlon, publisher, Uptime® Magazine and Reliabilityweb.com, and Robert Distefano, chairman of the board and chief executive officer, Management Resources Group (MRG). The Summit, expected to attract over 250 leaders in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries, will address the latest advances in Predictive Diagnostics for equipment health.
Due to recent growth in European business, the conference will start with a special User Group for SmartSignal’s European customers only, to address their particular challenges and opportunities. This will be followed by an all-inclusive User group, for all SmartSignal customers worldwide.
Following the User groups, the Summit itself, for a general audience, will focus on how customers can reduce risk in their operations, optimize scarce resources, and integrate Predictive Diagnostics into their organizations. Attendees will hear about innovative Best Practices from their peers and new developments in SmartSignal technology. They’ll also learn how to combine SmartSignal technology with partner capabilities to develop unique solutions for their businesses.
Intended to be highly interactive and for and by customers, the Summit will feature customer panels, informal roundtable discussions, hands-on access to demos of SmartSignal new products and services, and The Reliability Game®.
Jim Gagnard, SmartSignal president and chief executive officer, commented, “Our company has grown more in the past year than in its entire history, with new Predictive Analytic products and services and our recent introduction of the industry’s first Predictive Diagnostics. And, we’re about to unveil our latest product at the Summit, which we think will transform the industry. We’re excited to meet with our customers again, to thank them for their continued loyalty and support, to celebrate their accomplishments, and to share with them our latest innovations and our plans to continue to keep them on the leading edge. We invite all who are interested in joining our community to attend the Summit and to learn from their peers about how SmartSignal can change the way they work.”
