Ørsted has today announced the opening of a new Irish wind farm, as part of a Corporate Power Purchase Agreement with Meta.?? Lisheen III wind farm’s capacity is 28.8 MW. Located in County Kilkenny and County Laois adjacent to Ørsted’s existing developments at Lisheen I and II, the combined three phases of Lisheen have the capacity to generate 89MW of green energy, making it Ørsted’s largest wind farm in Ireland.???
