Nexans wins OWF Revolution Wind export cable job

Nexans will deliver subsea export cables for Revolution Wind Farm, the second delivery of Nexans’ framework agreement to supply Ørsted and Eversource in the US. This award follows the cable installation contract announced in March 2022 / Ørsted-Eversource is developing the Revolution Wind Farm that will generate clean energy to power more than 350,000 homes in Connecticut and Rhode Island / Local construction will begin in 2023 and the project is expected to be fully operational in 2025 / The contract is signed while Nexans has organized a day of key conversations focused on sustainability for Climate Week in New York and this contract shows its commitment to developing electrification that serves the local community
