ABO Wind and John Brazil, 27.5 percent minority shareholder of the SPV, have sold the Irish project Clogheravaddy Wind Farm Ltd to Luxembourg Encavis Infrastructure Fund IV, an alternative investment fund catering to credit institutions. The wind farm in County Donegal in the Northwest of Ireland comprises a total of seven Vestas V105 turbines being erected in three phases.  Phase 1 (three turbines) has been operational since late 2019.
