23.6-megawatts wind farm sold to alternative investment fund / Project consists of three phases and will be fully operational in 2023 / Community benefit fund to generate 60,000 euros annually for local projects
ABO Wind and John Brazil, 27.5 percent minority shareholder of the SPV, have sold the Irish project Clogheravaddy Wind Farm Ltd to Luxembourg Encavis Infrastructure Fund IV, an alternative investment fund catering to credit institutions. The wind farm in County Donegal in the Northwest of Ireland comprises a total of seven Vestas V105 turbines being erected in three phases.
