RTS Wind AG receives maintenance contract from RWE
The independent service provider RTS from Bremen takes over the annual maintenance of the wind turbines of the RWE offshore wind farms "Amrumbank" and "Nordsee Ost" / Up to 70 people will be on duty to maintain the 128 turbines
RWE operates the offshore wind farms "Amrumbank" (302 megawatts) and "Nordsee Ost" (295 megawatts) off the coast of the island of Heligoland. Wind, waves and salt water - the turbines at sea are exposed to enormous stresses. As part of a proactive maintenance concept, the various components of the two offshore wind farms are therefore checked regularly.
