The successful cooperation between Deutsche Offshore Consult GmbH (DOC) and MERKUR Offshore GmbH began in 2016. In October 2017, DOC took over the responsibility for construction supervision of the inner array cable installation for the 400-MW offshore wind farm in the North Sea. As early as the turn of the year 2016/2017, the Bremen-based company took over UXO supervision for the MERKUR Offshore wind farm. The job of supervising the inner array cable installation began with the monitoring of cable production in Sweden and Norway and concluded with successful tests of the cables at sea.
