First monopiles arrived at Sif assembly facility
These sections were produced in Roermond and shipped to Rotterdam where they will be welded together into monopiles. The first of the monopiles produced in Rotterdam are made for the Galloper Offshore Wind Farm in the North Sea off the coast of England. The production of these monopiles is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2016.
