Denmark: Two new appointments to strengthen nkt cables' Management Team

New EVP & CFO: Roland M. Andersen

Roland M. Andersen will take over the position as Executive Vice President & CFO as of 1st October 2015. Roland brings extensive experience from leading companies including being CFO in Torm (shipping), Telenor (telecom) and A.P. Moller-Maersk Singapore. He has great experience with turnaround and restructuring processes, as well as general corporate management.

Roland replaces Henrik Bøggild, who joined as CFO in 2012, and helped to lay the foundations for the continuing improvement of our Finance and Support functions. nkt cables would like to thank Henrik Bøggild for his contribution and dedication during the last three years and wish him all the best for the future.

New EVP & CHRO: Lika Thiesen

Lika Thiesen has been appointed as new Executive Vice President & CHRO. She will also join nkt cables as of 1st October 2015. Lika has been with A.P. Moller-Maersk since 2007, holding leading HR positions in several business units, most recently in Maersk Line, Northern Europe. She has great experience with implementing global HR strategies, including talent and performance management.
