HBM underlines focus on the wind power industry by participation at a high number of events in Central Europe

HBM’s focus on providing optimum equipment for the wind power industry has been underlined recently at a number of international events.

HBM is well positioned to add benefit for all its customers, this year particularly in the offshore market.

In early February HBM exhibited at EWEA European Wind Energy Conference & Exhibition 2012, which took place in Vienna, Austria. Along with some 500 exhibitors, HBM displayed its wide range of equipment for wind power industry applications, including torque, force, and strain transducers as well as a wide choice of data acquisition systems. A big portion of visitors came from Asia, especially Japan, where HBM took part in Wind Expo 2014 in Tokyo by the end of February.

HBM traditionally takes part in the VDI event “Vibrations in Wind Turbines” in Bremen, Germany shortly after that. The topics “reliability” and “safety” have been focus of the event.

HBM also participated in the AWEA - Wind Energy Show 2013 held in Mai in Chicago. U.S.A. This event is America’s largest show of the branch.

HBM will continue highlighting its capabilities for wind energy solutions as well as component and structural testing, at future international wind energy events in Europe, Asia and North America. Due to the great success HBM will also participate in EWEA European Wind Energy Conference & Exhibition 2014 in Barcelona, Spain and at the AWEA 2014 in Las Vegas, U.S. A.
