Windfair: Is the Wind Energy Industry a priority for your company? How so?

Rüdiger Braun: The production and the marketing from the ANTARIS Windturbines is our main business area

Windfair: How many employees does your company have?

Rüdiger Braun: 9

Windfair: How many dedicated to Wind Energy?

Rüdiger Braun: All of them

Windfair: Do you have any new or upcoming Wind Energy Products or Services?

Rüdiger Braun: In 2013 the market launch from the ANTARIS 9.5 is planned. Actually the tubine is in the field test.

How do you calculate small wind's chances in Germany and Europe especially in regard to the raising energy costs?

Rüdiger Braun: Germany will be 50% from the business volume, the rest will be export mainly in france.

What is your main buyers' group for the new Braun Antaris 9.5?

Rüdiger Braun: Mainly farmers are interested concerning the ANTARIS 9.5 kW, the price according to the turbine power is very good.

Windfair: Tell us about your future developments. What can we expect in the next year or two?

Rüdiger Braun: The ANTARIS small wind turbine system is manufactured to the highest standards to achieve a technical operating life of 20 years of more. As we are always striving for excellence, we carry out continuous further development so that we can keep setting new benchmarks in future in the area of small wind turbine systems. Actually BRAUN Windturbines is the leading company in Germany for small windturbines between 2.5 - 9.5 kW.

Also in future we want to extend the leading with Innovation and lifeblood.
