This week: ASC GmbH presents ASC 76C1
Pfaffenhofen, 10.10.2012. The cube-shaped ASC 76C1 with an edge length of just 16mm makes it possible to measure acceleration in all three axes.
With a measuring range of 500-1,000g and its small size and weight the ASC 76C1 is ideally suited for any application where large acceleration is commonplace. The sensor element used features a mechanical overload protection and has therefore enormous shock resilience.
ASC has been able to successfully combine high-precision measurements in all three axes in a highly compact cube format.
The cube shape makes the sensor flexible for fitting in a variety of positions. So as to withstand extreme conditions the sensor also features a tough aluminium casing and an extremely robust polyurethane cable. Here too, as in all ASC products, ASC enables customer-specific cable finishes and connector solutions.
