BBB: International markets in focus
"The goal of our efforts at this year's EWEA event is clear: Despite the wind energy boom in Germany, BBB aims at further expanding its international business."
This motto was given to the engineers of BBB Umwelttechnik GmbH by Joachim Binotsch, one of the company’s three general managers. In fact, the German wind energy experts have a wide scope of experience in the field of international project planning and are ready to provide their engineering services in every part of the world.
Currently BBB is active on the European growth markets of Turkey, Romania and Poland. In Turkey, for example, BBB as an accredited wind testing laboratory is carrying out wind measurements and is active with the evaluation of yield potentials. According to Binotsch also Latin America is in BBB’s strategic focus: "In Brazil we have, as well as in Turkey, a close partnership with specialists to facilitate contact with our local customers."
That the EWEA is the ideal platform for building up international business relationships is obvious: More than 10,000 visitors from around the world are expected and exhibitors from at least 31 countries have registered for the fair.
“In terms of language skills, our company is well positioned," says Binotsch, "in addition to English as default language, we talk about wind energy projects in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic and Russian." Of course, the respective colleagues were not all present at the show, but if it matters, they are ready to give comprehensive consultation to clients around the world.
