The International Windship Association (IWSA) is a not-for-profit association with the primary objective to facilitate and promote the uptake of wind propulsion for commercial shipping worldwide and bring together all parties in the development of a windship sector to shape industry and government attitudes and policies.

IWSA groups together a growing number of maritime wind propulsion technology companies and low carbon wind propulsion ship projects supported by designers, engineers, and specialists in the field and backed by academia, NGO’s and seafarers.
