Offshore wind turbine course

More and more companies providing services to offshore wind farms have realised the need for health and safety training specially adapted to this environment. Based on more than thirty years of experience from the Oil & Gas Industry and in close cooperation with the Wind Energy Industry Falck Nutec has developed a training course, which enables your personnel to cope with these conditions. The training is performed with state-of-the-art equipment in a realistic environment by competent and experienced instructors. The Basic course contains the following elements:

• First aid
• Sea survival
• Boat transfer
• Fire fighting
• Safety awareness
• Helicopter Hoist

Depending on the needs for particular projects we can customise the training. The following elements are examples of what we can add to the basic training:

• HUET training (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) With or without EBS (Emergency Breathing System)
• Confined space training
• Working at heights/Rescue from heights
• Advanced first aid
