Remote monitoring and maintenance

Remote monitoring and installation maintenance are the decisive factors for W.E.B's operation management concept. The installation data is analysed, visualised and evaluated in the company's central office. It is thus ensured that possible complications are recognised early on and errors rectified before they can create larger problems. W.E.B does not just manage the technical operation of its own power plants, the W.E.B management centre runs installations with a total output of over 520 MW.

Remote monitoring goes hand in hand with installation maintenance. In 2016, W.E.B achieved a technical availability of 99 percent with the constant development of the remote monitoring and maintenance concept. This concept is also widely recognised externally, notably in the outstanding evaluation by GL Garrad Hassan Deutschland GmbH (DVN GL).
