Our gliding bearing solutions are based on decades of experience and the operating results of several thousand systems in the field. Our gliding bearings have a segmented and modular design. The connection to the main frame is almost identical to the rolling bearing.

The use of a gliding bearing system enables wind turbine manufactures a great production depth and therefore a great independence from the supplier market. The simple and compact designed bearing modules can be manufactured in good quality standards all over the world unlike large rolling bearings.

The segmented structure allows easy maintenance and reparation – all components can be exchanged from tower top platform.

Modularity makes it possible to realize different bearing sizes just by varying the number of bearing modules.
