Windfair: Is the Wind Energy Industry a priority for your company? How so?

Hilmar Bavinck: The Wind Energy Industry is an absolute prority for us, because we have applied us entirely to the wind power. I am personally working in this industry for almost 20 years.


Windfair: How many employees does your company have?

Hilmar Bavinck: With my personality we are currently three of us, but as of a result of the excellent order situation we want to expand our team.


Windfair: How many dedicated to Wind Energy?

Hilmar Bavinck: All of us.


Windfair: Do you have any new or upcoming Wind Energy Products or Services?

Hilmar Bavinck:

We offer predominantly services in form of:

evaluations of the entire plant with new acquisition / warranty expiry

recurrent assessments

assessment after damage for insurance companies

Furthermore we have specialized in video endoscopies of the gear box, vibration analysis, gear technology, oil analyses etc. Here we will partly commissioned by the manufacturer of the plants. Our supply of services covers the whole range of all plant manufacturers.


Windfair: Do you have any special training programs for your employees?

Hilmar Bavinck: We offer our services in the field of assessment, therefore our team consists of experienced and trained specialized staff which is skilled already.


Windfair: Tell us about your future developments. What can we expect in the next year or two?

Hilmar Bavinck: My wish for the future is a further development.
It has been my experience that my long-time technical activities in the wind power sector (installation, manufacturing, service, service management, development, claims management etc.) benefit us continually.
