Landstar Names Employees of the Month

Jacksonville, Florida. September 14, 2011. Landstar System, Inc., a non-asset based provider of integrated supply chain solutions delivering safe, specialized transportation and logistics services, has named Ben Church, Robin Boardman and Anthony Gaylor September Employees of the Month.

Church works out of the Jacksonville, Florida, service center as a coordinator in the Operations department. He has been with Landstar since July of 2007. Church was recognized for his area of expertise and understanding of his department. His ability to share this knowledge with others has been lauded by co-workers.

Boardman works out of the Rockford, Illinois, service center as a representative in the BCO Services department. She has been with Landstar since March of 1997. Boardman was nominated for her team work, positive attitude and compassionate manner towards everyone she deals with.

Gaylor is an analyst in the Automotive Operations department at the Southfield, Michigan, service center. Gaylor, who started in January 2008, was nominated for his talent with numbers, efficiency and dependability.

Landstar Chairman, President and CEO Henry Gerkens commended Church, Boardman and Gaylor on their excellent service to the Landstar.
