We have obtained funding for the construction of the Dzwola Wind Farm.

We have just reached another significant milestone on our path to zero-emission production. We have secured funding for the construction of our first 35 MW wind farm to be constructed in Dzwola, the Lublin Province.

In support of this project, a leading Polish bank, PKO BP, granted us an investment facility of EUR 53.89 million and a VAT facility of PLN 32.3 million. We have also secured a EUR 15.8 million loan from Sienna Private Credit, a French private debt specialist with a dedicated Energy Transition expertise. Sienna Private Credit is part of Sienna Investment Managers, a pan-European asset management platform with over EUR 30 billion AuM. We are proud that this transaction is Sienna Private Credit’s first investment in Poland. We thank our financial partners for the trust they have placed in us and the Re Alloys Going Green approach.

The erection of the Dzwola Wind Farm is an essential part of the Re Alloys Going Green strategy. Its key objective is to run its own renewable energy projects and to address 100% of energy needs by emission-free sources. Re Alloys’ Going Green approach is the linchpin and hallmark of the measures we take for environmental protection. At the same time, it fits with our social responsibility policy.  Re Alloys’ industrial operations demand substantial energy consumption, therefore the transition into renewable energy sources will give us the chance to avoid CO2 emissions comparable to emissions of a city of hundreds of thousands of inhabitants. What is more, our own renewable energy sources will help us achieve energy independence that will translate into the growth of the company and maintaining high-quality jobs in times of uncertainty and a significant energy price increase.
