Battery-powered angle series MB-RAD 90° for hard-to-reach bolts

Thanks to the angled gearbox, assembly problems in hard-to-reach places can be avoided effortlessly and ergonomically. The MB-RAD 90° is not only handy, but also impresses with its low weight. The MB-RAD 90° has a repeatability of ±2,8% and can be used reliably at ambient temperatures down to -20°C without heating. The torque wrench can optionally be equipped with data logging or a torque check function for maintenance work.

Hydraulic pump HEM 7 with data logging

Complete documentation of all bolt connections is now also possible with the hydraulic bolting systems from M-PT.

In the last year our new HEM 7 hydraulic pump with Documentation System (picture left, source: M-PT) was introduced onto the market. A torque table is no longer required, as the target torque is set directly on the digital remote control in 1Nm steps. This also increases process reliability, since possible sources of error when reading from a torque table or when setting the pressure on the manometer cannot even arise. All available hydraulic torque wrenches are stored in the hydraulic pump along with the calibration data. The bolting result (OK/NOK) is displayed in color on the remote control. When the work is done, the data can be exported to the PC via Bluetooth and archived as a PDF, CSV or Excel file. The Documentation System thus guarantees reliable and seamless quality assurance.

In addition, the hydraulic pump is also available as a 120V machine, with an operating pressure of 800bar or as a special pump according to customer requirements. The series HEM 7 is compatible with all common coupling systems.
