Senvion India wins 591 MW order from JSW Energy

The Senvion turbines will be added to JSW Energy's existing pipeline of approximately 2.5 GW of renewable projects under construction. The delivery includes Senvion's 2.7MW turbines and will commence in the first half of 2022. The project also comes with a 10-year O&M contract, a comprehensive maintenance programme by Senvion for the installed turbines.

Senvion India was originally part of Hamburg, Germany-based turbine manufacturer Senvion, which was broken up following insolvency.
