M-PT: High-speed hydraulic pump with microprocessor-controlled automatic functions

From this project arose the electric-powered hydraulic pump series HEM 7 - designed and developed by M-PT and with that “Made in Germany”. With the new developed microprocessor-controlled automatic, the hydraulic pump works in three stages even faster and more effective. An operation in manual mode is also possible. With the digital remote control as optional accessories, the process security is increased due to a second, independent digital pressure gauge.

Bolting technology for extreme high torques

Bolted connections with a torque over 16.000Nm can only be tightened and loosened with hydraulic bolting systems. The same applies for space restricted bolting areas, where even an electric torque wrench with angled gear or an offset gear will not find access.

Hydraulic torque wrench for M64 fittings in the wind industry

Especially in the wind industry the hydraulic torque wrench 15 IBT is a reliable companion (see picture below: Hydraulic square drive torque wrench IBT 15, Image: M-PT). With a maximum torque of 20.200Nm the 15 IBT is perfect for M64 fittings with 15.000Nm. The aluminum-titanium and light body offers a compact and versatile handling of this bolting tool.
