GEDORE presents the new LDA/LAW Solution with a sunlight-readable colour display and optionally integrated software for documentation of your bolted connections. The compact, lightweight wrench with low-maintenance brushless technology helps you to work even easier and more efficient.

Even safer and more intelligent, the new LDA/LAW Solution cordless torque wrenches from GEDORE Torque Solutions GmbH, the specialist in high torque wrench technology, made from lightweight high-performance aluminium, scores points with reliable documentation software, colour display, low weight and maximum performance.

Depending on the version, straight or angled, the basic model has a torque range from 90 to 6000 Nm. The torque can be adjusted easily. The particularly efficient and fast brushless motor with 2-speed transmission and a powerful 18-volt lithium-ion battery provides powerful drive. The battery operates at a constant peak performance until it is completely discharged.

The new cordless torque wrench with documentation module

The new high torque cordless wrench LDA/LAW Solution, can optionally be equipped with a documentation module for quality assurance. Pre-defining of different bolting operations with module DOCU is possible. With the torque torque rotation angle process, perfectly defined bolted connections according to highest quality standards are guaranteed.

With the TRACK module, bolt operations can be traced. During the bolting process the data is documented and then exported to a PC. From there, a bolting protocol can be created and archived. This reliably documents that all bolt connections have been tightened with the specified settings. The encrypted log file ensures that manipulation of the documentation data is impossible. The TRACK and QS modules enable the documentation of more than 10,000 bolted connections and serve for quality assurance and archiving of your completed bolting work. The TRACK/QS modules can be switched on and off as required. "The data transfer of all bolt operations via USB interface at the end of the working day is flawless and complete with these products", says Marco Bruhns, Site Manager GEDORE Torque Solutions.

Maximum precision and safety

The desired torque can be continuously adjusted on the LDA/LAW Solution. Bolting is carried out with a repeat accuracy of +/- 3 percent for the same bolt connection. This is guaranteed by an individual factory test certificate for each individual device. GEDORE Torque Solutions GmbH places great emphasis not only on precision but also on safety: The low weight and ergonomic handles of the cordless torque wrenches ensure safe working. The drive unit is also braked and can be rotated through 360°.

The LDA/LAW Solution is available from the 3rd quarter of 2020.
