Plarad supports medium-sized companies with customised services and products

The number even shrinks to 35 wind power plants deducting dismantled wind turbines.
At the same time the support for an expansion of renewable energies has never been higher. Anyway the number of wind power opponents is increasing. Plans of new wind park projects often provoke controversial discussions. The most common reason is infringement of bird and bat species protection. Meanwhile more than 1000 citizens' initiatives fight against the construction of new plants throughout Germany.
Despite these difficulties large groups, such as Nordex and Vestas, maintain their position on the market. But also small and medium-sized companies meet the challenges of this difficult business environment.

We support our customers with customised fast service and powerful products. In particular medium-sized companies have to be flexible and efficient to complete their orders in due time.  

Especially large bolt joints in the field of blade bearings and tower connections imply a considerable challenge. In November 2019 we therefore extended our product range with the new model of the DA2 battery nutrunner:  DA2-80. This high-powered battery nutrunner tightens and loosens bolts up to a torque of 8 000 Nm and thus is the most powerful battery nutrunner on the market. In combination with our 4-speed-gearbox customers can torque quickly and precisely. Exact bolted joints can thus be achieved in the whole performance range.

To improve availability of our tools for our customers we provide our support directly at the customer's premises. With our professionally equipped Plarad mobile service vehicle and our qualified staff we come directly to the construction site to carry out necessary calibrations and certifications of the tools within a very short time. Thus we minimise expensive and time consuming transportation and downtimes, because even in stormy times like today's the quality and time aspect is an essential element for professional work.  This is a remaining constant for us and our customers in the wind energy business. No matter how the wind will change, this will stay valid.
