Renewable Energy Information System on Internet - REISI
Wind energy hits new production peak of 30 TWh.
More then 20 GW of wind power installed by end of 2006.
Total numbers of Wind Turbines by end of Dec. 2006: 18411 WTs (Source IWET)
Total rated power by end of Dec. 2006: 20420 MW (Source IWET)
Total energy yield in 2006 ( Jan.-Dec. ): 30.30 TWh - calculated by SEPCaMo (see below)
ISET offers calculated time series of WT power output in large supply areas.
REISI under Umbrella of "Deutscher Windmonitor"
The Monitor for the development of wind energy use in Germany
started in January 2007 and will provide REISI in future.
