USA - Wind powering science centre

A wind turbine was installed this week on the front lawn of the Science Center. The turbine will help the center pay for about 7% of its electricity, but that's not the only reason it's up. Officials hope to demonstrate wind power technology and educate the public about alternative energy sources. The turbine is made possible through collaboration with the Cleveland Foundation, Parker Hannifan Corporation and the Lubrizol Corporation.
