Brazil: LM Group Holding A/S (LM) acquires the remaining interest in LM Wind Power do Brasil S.A.
Following this, LM owns 100% of LM Wind Power do Brasil S.A. through its subsidiary LM Wind Power A/S.
LM is also delighted that its former joint venture partner will continue to assist LM Wind Power do Brasil S.A. in an advisory capacity for a period of three years.
