Thailand: Supporting IWIND with Technical Due Diligence

IWIND is planning to acquire a certain portion of the wind farm owner’s equity.
K2 Management will utilize its experience in Project Management, Contract Management and O&M Management in the wind industry to perform a complete technical due diligence of the wind farm project. Scope of work includes:

• Site visit to review wind farm and WTG operating conditions
• Visual inspection of  WTG(s)
• Review of OPEX and serivce contractual conditions
• Preparation of technical due diligence report and future OPEX-estimates
