The European offshore wind sector is set to rapidly expand wind’s share of the energy market following DONG, Vattenfall & RWE securing contracts and moving towards construction alongside more utilities across the continent ramping up involvement in the space.

However, selecting contractors for offshore wind projects is a challenging task.
