Windfair Presentation: anemos in The Windfair Newsletter

So we have been part of the wind energy sector right from the start and work exclusively in that field.

Currently we have a staff of 15 professional meteorologists, geographers and environmental specialists.

They all have the experience and scientific expertise to design and evaluate the most appropriate methodology for site assessment studies including highly complex numerical simulations and wind measurements.

For its employees anemos also stands for high quality in-house as well as external training.

We constantly host students working on their Master or B.Sc. thesis and thus also have a close bond to the scientific field of the wind energy sector. anemos is also involved in several national and international research projects.

Our new product is a wind and production index for Germany and Europe and we have just developed a new wind atlas data base for Europe.

As the amount of wind projects in complex terrain is continuously increasing, we are currently participating in the development of a CFD-code to improve the quality of our site assessment studies.

For the future we plan to increase our product range and our manpower so that anemos will remain one of the premier German consulting firms active in wind power meteorology.
