Windfair: Is the wind energy industry a priority for your company? How so?

Nils Raab: At the moment, wind power consists of 1/6 of the German market. Given that, we currently employ 1 person for wind turbine OEMs and 1 for offshore substations. Due to our experience of 20 years of offshore and shipbuilding business we have almost every requested certificate for water tightness, gas tightness and fire demands.

Windfair: Do you have any new or upcoming wind energy products or services?

Nils Raab: Besides our standard product portfolio which is constantly being developed, we provide loop retentions and slipring sealing.


Windfair: Tell us about your future developments. What can we expect in the next year or two?

Nils Raab: Due to our rising experience with our customers, we try to develop the existing products further to set high quality standards in the wind energy market.
