SSB Service GmbH expands its service portfolio New cooperation agreement with materials testing specialist

In the beginning of April, SSB Service, GmbH expanded its service portfolio to include non-destructive materials testing. The independent WTG service provider is based in Rheine, Germany.

The new cooperation with WPT Nord GmbH allows SSB Service, GmbH to offer its customers comprehensive testing and reporting of WTG main frames, foundations and towers.

WPT Nord was founded in 1997 and is a global expert in the field of non-destructive materials testing. The company is based in Kiel and is, among other things, active in shipbuilding, power plant construction, bridge construction, and railway technology. Its international customers include Caterpillar and MTU. WPT Nord currently generates the lion’s share of its sales in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on wind energy.
