USA - Wind Inc. signs distribution deals for wind turbines with two Dutch companies
The wind turbine distribution company Wind Inc. has signed agreements with two different Dutch companies to distribute its commercial and residential wind turbines in the United States, according to Wind.
The privately held Fort Worth company signed a distribution agreement with Wind Energy Solutions of Ompeer, The Netherlands, for turbines that generate 80 kilowatts and 250 kilowatts an hour. It also signed an agreement with Solar and Wind Energy Applications of Den Bosch, The Netherlands, for residential wind turbines that yield from 300 watts to 20 kilowatts an hour.
Wind Inc. also distributes a wind turbine made by Tokyo-based Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, which produces one megawatt per hour.
“The United States is experiencing a shortage of domestically manufactured wind turbines,” said Ben Boothe Sr., Wind CEO. “Wind Inc. currently has more access and availability to wind turbines than anyone domestically because of these exciting contracts with two leading international manufacturers.”
As established energy rates continue to escalate, says Boothe, wind turbine units will become an even more valuable and more cost-effective option for acquiring and fulfilling power needs.
Wind Inc.’s mission is to bring cutting-edge wind technology to Fort Worth and the nation in an effort to provide an environmentally conscious solution to traditional energy resources. Delivery of the alternative energy turbines ranges from 30 to 90 days.
