Product Pick of the Week - New DLI Watchman® DCA-50B™ vibration data collector,

DLI introduces the new DLI Watchman® DCA-50B™ vibration data collector, replacing the DCA-50, in its line of portable condition-based maintenance (CBM) products. With upgraded embedded software, a new keypad and several internal hardware upgrades, the four-channel DCA-50B allows users to efficiently collect machine vibration data, perform advanced troubleshooting and in-place dynamic balancing of rotating machines.

The DCA-50B includes a rich user interface via a large, 6.2 inch color screen and an easy to use keypad/mouse pad. Route-based data collection and DLI’s Multi-plane balance software is included in the standard configuration.

A keyed-pad mount, tri-axial accelerometer is also included to allow simultaneous collection of triaxial data, resulting in significant time savings during data collection and promotes reliable and repeatable collection of vibration data.

The DCA-50B joins the DCX diagnostic analyzer and the DCA-31B data collector in the DLI Watchman portable collector product line.
