RES to acquire Ingeteam’s Renewable Service Division
Upon completion, RES will have £30bn (€35bn) of assets under management– making it the largest renewable energy support services provider in the world.
RES and Ingeteam have signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). RES will acquire Ingeteam’s Renewable Service division, which consists of operations and maintenance (O&M) and other support services for different renewable energy technologies.
