Kent has been awarded a pre-FEED study for Morven offshore wind project

The pre-FEED studies which are expected to last 6 months, will involve engineering design work that supports key decisions, foundation type, corrosion protection concepts as well as transportation and installation feasibility.

Bp and EnBW partner with Kent to help create Morven offshore wind project

Kent has been awarded a pre-FEED study for the Morven offshore wind project, which is expected to generate c.2.9GW some 60km offshore from Aberdeen / The project will use fixed-bottom turbines in 65-75m of water, making it one of the deepest offshore wind developments in the world / Awarded as part of the ScotWind leasing round to bp and EnBW, the project is expected to create an operations and maintenance base in Aberdeen and help contribute to the regeneration of the Port of Leith
