The group’s activity is divided into four main areas of business:

COMPONENTS for AUTOMATION - The range of products for displaying and regulating process variables includes electronic microprocessor based controllers, indicators and power relays. Upgraded products and investments in production processes results in impeccable service and ever faster lead times.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION - Gefran designs and develops turnkey solutions and supply machine manufacturers with a vast range of specific components such as central control units, operator interfaces, input/output systems, programmable logic controllers and industrial PCs.

SENSORS - Sensors are fundamental elements in the control of industrial processes. We design and produce sensors for measuring such variables as temperature, pressure, position, force and humidity. All primary sensing elements are manufactured by Gefran in its own clean room.

MOTION CONTROL - The group integrates its range of products with devices for the speed regulation of electrical motors, applied in the control of the automation systems or industrial processes. The products range includes: AC Vector drives with open/closed speed loop control, armature converters, servodrives, regenerative units and suppliers; all available with a wide range of dedicated options and accessories such as: field bus interfaces, I/O expansion cards, technological cards with predefined applications libraries.
