Total Eren finishes construction of three wind farms
Image: PixabayGENERG, 100% owned by Total Eren, completed the constructon of its three largest wind farms in Portugal in July, the company announced.
- Caramulo wind farm consists of four Nordex N149 turbines (4.8MW) with a total capacity of 19.2 MW producing 62.1 GWh annually
- Gardunha wind farm consists of five ENERCON E138 turbines (4.2 MW) with a total capacity of 21.0 MW producing 57.4 GWh annually
- Pinhal wind farm consits of three ENERCON E138 turbines (4.2 MW) with a total capacity of 12.6 MW producing 36.4 GWh annually
The close coordination with municipal councils and all local and national entities involved in the process, who always showed total availability and understanding to solve the problems that appeared on the way, were a crucial factor for the success of this ambitious and pioneering process in Portugal.
