HLT announces wind turbine deal with Belgian supplier VR & Tech S.A.

HLT Energies inc., a leader in the production and sale of sustainable, renewable and clean solar thermal energy, proudly announces an agreement in principle with VR & Tech S.A. ("VR Tech"), a Belgian company specialised in the manufacturing of wind turbines, in view of signing an exclusive distribution contract of VR Tech's products for North America, Central America including the Caribbean as well as South America.
According to the agreement, HLT will have the exclusive right to sell energy produced by VR Tech equipment within its distribution territory as well as to sell VR Tech equipment for 10 years, renewable for another 10 years by HLT. Furthermore, HLT will have access to all research and development advanced by VR Tech during the term of the agreement. The agreement in principle commits both companies to sign an exclusive distribution agreement in the immediate future.
HLT intends to integrate VR Tech.'s reputed European products into its own products' line in order to offer full diversification in its field of expertise: renewable energy.
VR Tech has developed multivariate wind turbines whose performance has transformed the wind energy industry. Therefore, HLT clients will be able to choose from a completed range of sustainable, renewable energy products. The integration of the structure of these products will challenge architectural plan conception. HLT is proud of its collaboration with VR Tech and expects increasing growth in the next twelve months consequent to this business decision.
